May the Lord keep and protect the victims of September 11. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the victims.
                                                                                May God bless America.

Hello, and welcome to my website. My name is James Marino, and I am a Born Again Rocketeer. I am publishing this website in an attempt to share a hobby that I and my wonderful daughter find very interesting, fun, educational, and personally satisfying.
I will try to provide visitors with information and links to other pages on the web that beginners and veterans in the hobby will find useful. Please feel free to send comments and/or suggestions to me at this
address
.
I am member #75764, certified Level 2, of the National Association of Rocketry. I am also a member of
LUNAR,
section 534 of the NAR. LUNAR holds regular club launches on (usually) the third Saturday of every month, at Robertson Park, in Livermore, California. Check our launch calendar, and if you are nearby, please feel free to come out and join us for some fun flying!
I am also a member of SARG, and am looking forward to flying with them again, at their new launch site, outside Elk Grove.
Unfortunately,  I am having to edit and restrict the size of this web site, so it won't contain as much as I would like.
I have had to delete my Camera rocket page and my current projects page. To find out about the camera timer that I use, visit Rob Nee's AYUCR website.
Current projects include my Level 3 Magnum, a 54 mm powered LOC Mini Magg, and another 54 mm minimum diameter bird. I am also planning an all carbon fiber rocket. It will also be a 54 mm minimum diameter. The airframe will be all 5.7 ounce carbon, as will the fins and the bulkheads.
I have recently acquired an Aerotech 54 mm hybrid motor, and have flown my VB Extreme 54 on the J170H load. Excellent flight. Can't wait to try their new K power turbo load in my LOC Magnum.
